Ever since attending The French Culinary Institute in NYC, I’ve focused my career on the design and creation of custom wedding cakes and gumpaste flowers, beginning with an internship with Ron Ben-Israel, then continuing under Gail Watson, before striking out on my own.
I’ve owned and operated two successful wedding cake businesses, and my work has appeared in every major U.S. wedding magazine and website, including having one of my cakes named as one of “America’s Most Beautiful Cakes” by Brides magazine. My first business, The Cake Atelier, was featured in season one of “Amazing Wedding Cakes” on WE TV.
Along the way, I’ve taught countless people how to decorate cakes, make sugar flowers, and bake sweet desserts, but I’m most inspired by helping people to follow their dreams and open up their own custom cake businesses.
